I, the undersigned participant, hereby declare and agree to the following:

I am voluntarily participating in the Tough Kolhapur Race 2025, an obstacle race that involves physically demanding activities including, but not limited to, running, climbing, crawling, jumping, and navigating various obstacles.

I confirm that I am physically and medically fit to participate in this event. I have no known medical condition or injury that could be aggravated by my participation.

I fully understand that participation in this event involves inherent risks, including but not limited to injury, falls, sprains, exhaustion, dehydration, or other physical harm.

I accept full personal responsibility for any injury, loss, or damage I may suffer during or after the event, regardless of its cause.

I, on behalf of myself, my heirs, and legal representatives, release and discharge the organizers (3Link Sport), event sponsors, volunteers, staff, medical personnel, and venue owners from any and all liability or claims arising out of or related to my participation in the event.

I agree to follow all event rules, guidelines, and safety instructions, and to treat event marshals, volunteers, and fellow participants with respect at all times.

I grant permission to 3Link Sport to use photographs, video recordings, and race results featuring me for event promotion, marketing, and media coverage without any compensation.

I am participating in this event of my own free will and fully understand that unless otherwise stated, this is a non-timed and non-competitive event.
